IP address or Internet protocol address is a label (numerical) given to each device connected in the network especially internet. IP address defines the location and identity of the device. For Website just copy the first or second code where you want it to place while in Blogger Blog first go to your Blog Layout then to Add a Gadget then to HTML/JavaScript and paste the code there.
